  • All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Orders placed during holidays or sales events may experience slight delays.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery is within 2-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary based on USPS service conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5 for all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package directly through the USPS website.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please check your tracking information first.
  • If the issue persists, contact cloudshapeinterpreting@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a USPS claim.

9. Return Shipping Policy

  • All approved returns must be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid USPS return label for your convenience.
