Return & Refund Policy – Cumulus Creatives, LLC

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right. This policy covers returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through our store.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made, limited edition, or personalized products (unless defective or damaged).

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


2. Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

We only sell and ship within the United States.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Email cloudshapeinterpreting@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo (if applicable).

2. Approval: Once reviewed, we’ll notify you if your return is approved.

3. Free Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide a prepaid USPS return label at no cost to you.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us immediately at cloudshapeinterpreting@gmail.com with a photo and order number.

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is also free with a prepaid USPS label.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
