Welcome to Cloud Shape Interpreting, a mobile application provided by Cumulus Creatives, LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

 

1. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Safety

 

To ensure a safe and creative environment for all users, we enforce a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.

 

A. Prohibited Content

 

You strictly agree NOT to post, upload, or share any content that:

  • Is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent.

  • Contains hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats of violence.

  • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or depicts graphic violence/gore.

  • Promotes illegal acts, dangerous activities, or self-harm.

  • Infringes on the copyrights or intellectual property of others.

 

B. Moderation & Enforcement

 

We employ a combination of automated safety tools and human moderation to enforce these rules.

  • Review Timeline: All reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

  • Immediate Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms immediately and without prior notice.

  • Account Termination: Users found violating this policy will have their accounts permanently banned and ejected from the Service.

 

C. Reporting Violations

 

We empower our community to help keep the gallery safe. You can take action directly within the app:

  • Report: Long-press any drawing or comment to flag it for review.

  • Block: Use the "Block User" feature to immediately hide all content from a specific author.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

 

 

Your Content

 

  • You retain full ownership of the drawings and interpretations you create in the app.

  • By posting content, you grant Cumulus Creatives, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your drawings within the app and for promotional purposes (e.g., App Store screenshots or social media features).

 

Our Content

 

  • The visual interfaces, graphics, design, computer code, software, and the "Cloud Shape Interpreting" brand are the property of Cumulus Creatives, LLC and are protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

 

3. Age Requirement

 

You must be at least 17 years old to use this app, as it features unrestricted User-Generated Content. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. While we make every effort to moderate content, we are not responsible for the accuracy or nature of user-generated content posted by others.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cumulus Creatives, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
